Thank you very much! Given the repository, the installer and the source, was able to make this work with a few adjustments on 13.10 64-bit.
First, after obtaining the keys for the repository perform a quick repo update:
user@host:~$ sudo apt-get update
Installer works, but in order to make it work best, found it better to start with the sudo command:
user@host:~$ sudo intel-linux-graphics-installer
Everything checked out fine, the code found everything as expected, rebooting now. Will check back in a few.
