Thanks a lot. However it did not help me to solve my graphics issue. I was lucky to find this post which has finally made me happy:

Radoslav - that's interesting in and of itself - could you tell us which kernel version and kernel package(s) you have?
The output of:uname -a
and of
dpkg -l linux\* | grep ^ii
would be interesting - if there are hang bugs in sna vs uxa it'll help the dev team track them down (if they're not fixed in later kernels already).
We are pleased to announce the release of the Graphics Installer 1.2.1 for Linux*.
The Graphics Installer for Linux* provides an easy way for users of Ubuntu* 15.10 to upgrade their "graphics stack" to ensure the best experience from their Intel® graphics hardware.
Typically, we release a version of the Graphics Installer for the latest versions of Ubuntu* and Fedora*. However, users of Fedora 23 do not need the Graphics Installer this time around-- their graphics stack is fresh!
Cheers!
