Hi there. The Fedora 24 work is under way - I don't have an ETA yet.
With regards to the packages, this time it will be:cairo (2D vector graphics)
libva and libva-intel-driver (hardware assisted video playback acceleration)
the Xorg intel driver (mainly to update intel-gpu-tools which is bundled with it in Fedora)
You will have these components installed already - the 01.org repos provide updated versions,
so it's unlikely you'll be able to update them from the Fedora repos.If a game or similar is asking oyu to update your drivers it most likely wants you to update Mesa (or whatever provides your libGL).
It's also possible that it may want vulkan support (which does not come from these repos, but is elsewhere on this site if I remember right). -

I too would like to get updates when available. Or is there is a means to configure for 3840x2160 as it was in F23.

The machine I would like this for is an Intel NUC the monitor is a Seiki 42"
And I do see the i915 details in the /var/log/Xorg.0.log file and see that it reports supporing the resolution.

What resolution are you currently getting? If you run xrandr (in a terminal) does it list any resolutions other than the one you currently have?

Hi - sorry for the delay - I missed your replies (and I can;t see the links anyway) - You _could_ try adding a resolution to the xrandr list by force - have a look at the xrandr man page (I think it's addmode you want) and then activating it. Might work, if the display can cope with the mode you specify but for some reason it isn't being autodetected/autogenerated.

I've just installed Fedora 24. I've used to play games on Fedora 23 after installing the Intel Drivers with the intel-linux-graphics-installer.
The operating system already installed xorg-x11-drv-intel however I can't get some games to work because they ask to "upgrade the drivers". Obviously intel-linux-graphics-installer does not support yet F24. Is there any ETA for the relase of the updated package? Which packages does intel-linux-graphics-installer provides exactly, can I install them manually from F24 repositories?
