This Project Provides: Source code for sign-on services for Linux-based systems.
The Value of the gSSO Project
gSSO or ‘glib-Single-Sign-On’ is an extensible, secure storage and a single sign-on service for Linux-based platforms. Its password- and authentication-management supports all the common authentication protocols such as OAuth, Digest and SASL out of the box. gSSO is extensible and based on a plug-in architecture.
Who it’s For
gSSO is for application developers, operating system vendors, and system developers to increase the ease of use and strength of an app or system’s security.
gSSO is an active open source project distributed under the LGPLv2.1+ open source license. With an established codebase, gSSO is written largely in C. Upstream projects include GLib and SQLite.
About Intel Involvement
Intel is the leading contributor to gSSO and is optimized for security through open source for the Intel CPUs including Intel® Atom™ processors and Intel® Core™ processors.
