|Kata Containers||Kata Containers is the successor to Clear Containers and the industry standard solution for securing container workloads in a light weight virtual machine. These demos cover different Kata use cases to appeal to different types of users and to inspire them to try kata containers on their deployments as well as get involved in the project. The following demos will be shown on a Clear Linux host OS. 1. DirtyCOW - Break out of a container workload to show why Kata containers is important. This one will be shown on Ubuntu and only for people brand new to securing containers with a VM. 2. Multi-kernel kubernetes - This demo shows how each pod can get its own kernel enabling new use cases 3. Graphics device pass through - This demo shows how to pass a GPU directly into a kata container to run a workload.|
|Container Bare Metal Experience Kits - a Path for Kubernetes Commercialization for NFV||Intel has been working with eco system partners along with open source communities to address barriers to commercial containers-networking adoption and to deliver consumable capabilities concerning configuration, manageability, performance, service-assurance, and resilience. Container Baremetal Experience kit dashboard explains and demonstrates new capabilities in Kubernetes Networking such as Enhance Platform Awareness (EPA), NUMA awareness, Multiple Network Interfaces in Kubernetes (MULTUS), Huge Page support, SRIOV for networking and Cable use case using Intel Xeon Scalable Processors.|

|Redis Cloud Deployment on Intel Optane DC Persistent Memory with Kubernetes on Clear Linux||Redis is one of the most popular Key/Value stores. Combined with Optane DC Persistent Memory it provides additional capacity, and DRAM offload for large scale deployments.
This demo will cover:
1. Adaptation of Redis code to persistent memory.
2. Redis operator, and it’s adaptation to be persistent memory aware.
3. Kubernetes PMEM-CSI driver for instrumentation of persistent memory on Kubernetes cluster.
