I have a Dell Precision M4800: Intel HD4600 + FireGL 8800 + Fedora 20 updated + Intel Linux 1.0.6 (less the Xorg server that magically disappeared from the yum repo in this release).
My videos (youtube) on eDP1 are tearing badly. I need to enable TearFree but doing so requires a full xorg.conf with radeon device, monitors, modules etc. If I only configure intel I lose radeon altogether.
Is there any way to enable TearFree for intel without going from no-config autoconfig to a config 10kB long?
