Is the installer supposed to install a driver for this chipset on Mint 17?
I have managed to get the installer to work, but don't seem to be able to get any drivers onto my machine?
Is there any other way to get a driver? The laptop ran ok under Mint16, but Mint17 has no driver...which causes problems with Google Earth as it won't run without one.
Hi - all the driver delivers is a more up to date version of the mainline i915 driver - so it's strange that mint 17 has no driver. Is the i915 driver getting loaded?
