Hm. Well that _looks_ reasonable.
Can you fetch https://download.01.org/gfx/ilg-config.cfg ? If you do, does it have a section for [Ubuntu utopic]?

I have the same problem as abforce, but my distro is Lubuntu 14.10 64-bit; CPU: i5 3470, HD Graphics 2500
lsb_release -a file:
LSB Version: core-2.0-amd64:core-2.0-noarch:core-3.0-amd64:core-3.0-noarch:core-3.1-amd64:core-3.1-noarch:core-3.2-amd64:core-3.2-noarch:core-4.0-amd64:core-4.0-noarch:core-4.1-amd64:core-4.1-noarch:security-4.0-amd64:security-4.0-noarch:security-4.1-amd64:security-4.1-noarch
Distributor ID: Ubuntu

When I want to install, it fails with an error message saying
As I've already read at this page from Intel, this version of this installer must work in Ubuntu 14.10, but seems it won't.
Here's my complete
