Problems with installer

    Dell Laptop, Windows 8.1 says Intel HD Graphics 4000 Display adapter.

    Oracle VM, 4.3.16

    Ubuntu 14.04.1

    intel-linux-graphics-installer_1.0.6-0intel1_amd64.deb

    Installer says no Intel I915 chipset.

    Have all Ubuntu updates.

    Ubuntu says Graphics: Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 3.....     and I cannot read the rest ... goes off screen.  Looks like screen is presenting 640x480.

     

    Any and all help is appreciated in advance.

    Needed to install a secondary pkg for Ubuntu for running it in VM.  I think it was called a 'guest' package.
