    Hello,

I'm trying fedora on a Asus tablet PC (Cherry Trail Chip).

I would like to know if i can force install on fedora 27 ? it returns an error message "Distribution not supported..." of course...

    Many thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Hi there!

Ran into the same problem after upgrading to version 27.
To fool the installer, change /etc/redhat-release to
    Fedora release 26 (Twenty Six)
instead for Fedora release 27 (Twenty Seven)
or whatever you got there with your beta.

    Hope this helps you.

  • The problem is that the tool is designed in that way, first of all , the tool fetches a .config file before taking tha .rpm file list. So, i don't recommend to force it.
