This Project Provides: Application and UI development framework binaries and source code.
The Value of the Qt Project
Qt is a cross-platform application and UI development framework. Using Qt, developers can write applications once and deploy them across many desktop and embedded operating systems without rewriting the source code.
Who It’s For
This project is for application and user interface developers working on client systems including desktops, clamshells, mobile, tablets and other embedded devices.
Qt, Qt Quick and the supporting tools are developed as an open source project governed by an inclusive meritocratic model. This open source project is distributed under the GFDL-1.2, GPL-3.0, and LGPL-2.1 open source licenses. There is a commercial license available as well. With a mature and established codebase Qt is written largely in C++.
About Intel Involvement
Intel supports Qt, which has played a strong role in MeeGo and Moblin and other embedded operating systems. This project is optimized through open source to for the Intel® Atom™ processors and Intel® Core™ processors.
